Should a loved one pass away we can assist you with the administration of the deceased person's estate by applying to the court for probate. There are generally two types of court applications:

• An application for appointment of estate trustee with a will
• An application for appointment of estate trustee without a will

We can assist you with either type of application and help you through the process of becoming an executor (estate trustee) and the administration of the diseased person's estate, including – where necessary – dealing with beneficiaries under the estate.
